As we head into our busiest season, we’re shifting things back to curbside service for all BOARDING drop-offs and pick-ups—similar to the system we used during COVID. Our office space is small, and with the high volume of summer traffic, this change is necessary to help keep things organized, efficient, and safe for everyone—both two- and four-legged.
Here’s what’s changing:
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we make this adjustment. Our goal is to maintain a calm and controlled environment for all pets in our care—and this change will help us do just that.

- Boarding guests: Please call us at 865-983-1322 when you arrive. A staff member will come out to assist you curbside.
- Daycare & Enrichment Daycamp guests: You may continue to come directly into the office for drop-off and pick-up as usual.

ATTENTION ALL CUSTOMERS!!!
The road (Cricket Lane) leading to our facility is a public, one way road with a posted 10 mph speed limit. Please be mindful of the posted speed limit and be courteous to our neighbors when pulling over to let another car pass. Our neighbors are happy for you to use their driveways, but not their yards, to pull over.
